Elin’s Story

I wasn’t always a bodybuilding champion and certified personal trainer. In fact, at one point I was the very opposite of what you see today. Growing up in Bulgaria, I was a self-conscious kid who was very sick with allergies and asthma. Because I was so ill, my mother became worried and took me to the doctor to see what could be done to improve my health. To our surprise, he recommended swimming as part of my physical therapy. And so I began to swim.

Within just a few months as I got stronger, I was able to join basketball and soccer teams in my small town. But my life completely changed in 1997 when I became involved in martial arts and really found my passion.

Joining my local dojo taught me discipline, respect, and the connection between our mind, body, and spirit. Finding martial arts really became the turning point in my life, and since my first day in the dojo, I have never stopped exercising or working towards self-improvement.

I like to think all that hard work has been a reward in itself, because less than 10 years after my first martial arts lesson, I became a national martial arts champion in Bulgaria.

Mastering martial arts made me realize that I was stronger than I ever imagined. Martial arts helped me find my true calling, as a personal trainer. Because that’s what fitness is to me. It’s not just a job, it’s a vocation. I truly feel that inspiring and empowering people to not just get active, but live a full, healthy, happy life is what I was born to do.

As a young man, my newfound passion for exercise made me so happy, I couldn’t stop smiling. In America, people usually smile back at you on the street, but it’s rare in Bulgaria. People probably thought I was a little bit crazy – but I was just so excited to share my love of exercise and fitness, I couldn’t help it. My enthusiasm eventually started to win people over; friends and family often came to me for fitness advice.

I felt like I could really pursue my dreams in the United States, so in 2012, I moved to America. To make my dream of owning my own personal training business a reality, I worked several jobs to make ends meet, but I never stopped working out or pursuing my passion of helping others reach their fitness goals.

Just as friends and family came to me for advice in Bulgaria, soon I was being approached in my local gym for fitness advice. I gained a popular local following and buoyed by that support, I finally decided to open my own personal training company in 2014.

In just 4 short years, I’ve gone from a one-man operation to a thriving business with hundreds of clients and 4 additional trainers and developed my proven 4 Seasons Training Method.

What I love most of all is seeing the positive physical and emotional changes in my clients. Working out is what I was born to do, and all I want is to share my energy and enthusiasm with anyone who is ready to make personal changes in their life.

My goal is to change one billion lives, one workout at a time!

In-Home Personal Training
When you choose our In-Home Personal Training sessions, you can say goodbye to sweaty, sticky equipment and waiting on machines at the gym. With our In-Home Personal Training sessions, you’ll get stimulating, creative workouts right at home (your house, yard, basement, apartment building gym, office space, park). If and when equipment is needed for your in-home session, we’ll provide it. All you’ll need to provide is positivity and excitement for your training session!
In-Studio Personal Training
Do you prefer the structure of working out in a traditional gym setting? If so, our In-Studio Personal Training option is for you. Your trainer will design one-of-a-kind workouts in our studio, where you may see other trainers working out with clients from time to time. If that isn’t something you’re interested in, you can schedule private time in the studio with your trainer as well.
Online Coaching
Maybe you’ve been working out for years, and just need that extra motivation to help hold yourself accountable. We will customize an online coaching program for you that provides the extra motivation you need to head to the gym and put in a workout.
The online coaching sessions are the most customizable training option. You can get daily, weekly, or monthly workouts and motivational tools straight to your inbox.
Corporate Wellness
Regular exercise not only improves health and mobility but generally improves our overall mood as well. Get the whole company involved with our Corporate Training program. We’ll help design a program with every employee’s health and wellness in mind.
We offer group fitness classes for employees, individualized personal training sessions, and educational seminars to help your employees energize both mind and body.

Food is a crucial element of the 4 Seasons Training Method; it’s more than just a source of energy, it’s can affect our lives, energy, health, and mental awareness. We’ll help you learn what the right foods are and how to incorporate them into your daily life. Treat yourself with the highest quality foods - after all, you deserve it! But first, let us help you find the right foods for you. You’ll be surprised at how many simple, healthy foods can be delicious AND nutritious!
Supplemental advice
We believe that food is essential, but we understand that in the busy world we live in, we do not always have time to have healthy meals all the time, so we have the aid of supplements.
